We use Royal Mail. Someone will need to be in to accept delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, a card will be left where you can collect your package from your local depot.
If you refuse delivery or you do not collect from the local depot this will incur a return postage cost to Miss Madison Boutique and any refunds given will be minus the original delivery costs incurred plus the return costs.
Refunds for returned items will be given minus any paid postage costs.
NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN DELIVERY
All orders to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man are shipped at a cost of £3.99. This is a 2-3 working day service and will require a signature on arrival.
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND DELIVERY
All orders to the Republic of Ireland are shipped at a cost of £12.95. This is a 5-10 day service and will require a signature on arrival.
GERMANY, FRANCE & SWEDEN
All orders to the Germany, France & Sweden are shipped at a cost of £10.00. This is a 3-6 day service and will require a signature on arrival.
USA & CANADA
All orders to the USA and Canada are shipped at a cost of £15.00. This is a 5-7 day service and will require a signature on arrival.

Here at Miss Madison Boutique we fully appreciate that at times you may want to return items you have ordered, so to help you the below details our returns policy.
We operate a 14 day returns policy (including weekends & Bank Holidays).
If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you may return them to us within 14 days from delivery for a refund or store credit. (This includes weekends & Bank Holidays). Please request a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be back with us by the 14th day.
The returns period starts from the day delivery was first attempted.
If you return items outside of the returns period, we reserve the right to return the goods to the original delivery address. We will contact you to arrange payment for re-delivery of your parcel. We also reserve the right to refuse delivery of the returned item
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of delivery until fourteen days.
This must be in writing, i.e. e-mail, or by post.
How to return items

All returns are at the expense of the customer and we recommend that items are returned using recorded/tracked delivery to guarantee items are received by us. We do not accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.
Customs & Duty – To avoid incorrect Customs and Duty charges when returning your items you must mark your parcel as “RETURNED UNWANTED GB MERCHANDISE”
Any charges for returned items incurred by Miss Madison Boutique will be deducted from final refund.
Conditions for return
Items must be returned in a brand new, saleable condition and show no signs of damage or wear and tear, with all original packaging, all tags and labels still attached (both brand & Miss Madison tags & labels). Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying on items please ensure you are not wearing perfume, make up or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the product, and be sure to try shoes on a soft clean surface. Any items returned with labels or tags removed, damaged, marks, or scuffs will not be refunded. Items will be returned at the customers expense, we will contact you to arrange payment for re-delivery.
Customised or made to order products cannot be refunded.
For the purpose of hygiene we cannot accept returns for the following items:
• Headbands and hair clips • Bodysuits/body stockings
We do not offer exchanges, if you wish to change size or style of your item, you will need to purchase the item you wish to have and return the unwanted item to us, following the above returns policy
We pride ourselves on quality and take a great deal of time and care to quality check all products thoroughly before they are dispatched. Please check your item carefully on delivery for any damage/faults and email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of your item.
All items returned as faulty will be subject to thorough investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear and tear, which is not covered by this returns policy. Some items may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess and decide this, which may take up to 14 days.
What happens next
On receipt of your returned goods, we will authorise a full refund minus delivery charges paid. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
If items from an order are returned and the order value is reduced below the free delivery (£) amount, any refund will be given minus the standard delivery charge.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both ourselves and the card issuer, To maintain security and prevent fraud your order will have to pass the 3d secure check for us to be able to send your order to you.
